White Poppy is owned and operated by Jeanne Birmingham in Phoenix, Arizona. We have been designing unique and individual floral products for events since 1998, and have worked with some of the best designers in Arizona and Southern California.
We rarely advertise, as our work speaks for itself - as do our delighted customers. We take pride in only offering our services to one client per day in order to provide you with superior service.
